After 6 months your baby only get milk, finally you can give baby healthy porridge for your baby. This change is made for the introduction of solid foods for your baby. Breast milk is a type of food that is very nutritious for your baby under 6 months. But after 6 months, your child needs complementary feeding. So healthy baby porridge should be your child's diet.

Keep in mind that solid feeding for your baby should start at the right time. The introduction of the recommended solid foods is started when the baby is 6 months old. The introduction of solid foods too early can lead to disruption of infant bowel movement and increase the risk of obesity in the future. The introduction of solid foods should not be too late because it can create bad eating habits.

Age 6 Months:

At this age, solid foods are not fed adults. Not as crowded, but not as good as breast milk. Begin to give the healthiest baby porridge most dilute first such as milk porridge. After the child can receive milk porridge, try to give juice.

1.Recipe Milk Powder
Materials needed: 3 tablespoons rice flour and 200 ml of milk (may be milk or formula)

*How to make:
-Combine rice flour with milk, mix well.
-After flattening, heat the solution over low heat while stirring.
-Wait until cooked (until it pops).
-Remove, drain, and give to the child.

2.Fruit Pulp Recipe
Materials needed: 1 tablespoon red rice flour, 10 ml boiled water, 100 ml of milk and 50 grams of ripe fruit (may be banana, orange, pear, apple, papaya, avocado, etc.)

*How to make:
-Mix red rice flour into 10 ml boiled water, mix well.
-Heat the solution in a small flame until done. Stir while heated so as not to clot.
-Enter the fruit, let it cook for a moment.
-Remove, then drain the porridge in a stirring until the smoke is gone.
-After the temperature is warm, pour milk or formula milk solution. Stir well.
-Put in baby bowl and pulp ready to serve.

3.Puree Vegetable Recipe
Materials needed: 1 handful of green beans that have been cut to the end and washed thoroughly, breast milk or formula

*How to make:
-Cut beans.
-Steamed beans until cooked.
-Blend beans with a blender
-Take the green bean blender, strain with the wire to get a finer sari.
-add milk or formula to the beans.
-Vegetable puree can be served.
